Idea:
On International Women’s Day, Fearless Girl celebrated her third anniversary. Since her launch, 681 companies have hired women in senior leadership positions. Our goal was to honor these women and companies as well as to promote Fearless Girl’s relevant message. We asked women to add their flower to the wall, symbolizing the continued growth of women in leadership. The flowers were purple because that is the color representative of International Women’s Day.

Beginning on International Women’s Day, and lasting throughout the weekend, our Brand Ambassadors helped explain our concept and encourage women to add their flowers to the growing wall.
